Portraits of Perseverance® - Women in STEM began as a celebration of a diverse group of women in STEM careers which resulted in a goldmine of information I just had to share with other girls and young women.

I asked a diverse group of women in STEM fields questions that I would want to ask them if we were in the same room. What did they major in? Why did they choose their field? What are their job responsibilities? What struggles did they encounter? How did they overcome those challenges? What do they love about their job? And more!

Portraits of Perseverance® - The BIG BOOK of 200 Women in STEM inspires, motivates, and educates the reader in many ways. Girls can learn about STEM fields they may not have heard of before, open pages to see a woman who looks like she does, and read about how all of the women got to where they are today. She can also read about tips and tricks on how to deal with the challenges women face in the world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, as well as know what to watch out for. They offer solid advice for any young woman thinking about or working toward a career in STEM.
